Thomas Craig Construction, Inc. was founded in 1995 by Thomas Craig Cloninger. TCCI is a commercial construction company dedicated in providing the highest quality and on time performance for our clients. TCCI primarily produces design build, ground up, new projects, including conceptual estimating and scheduling. We specialize in new financial institutions, car dealerships, shopping centers/strip centers, corporate build-outs and tenant build-outs, retail and restaurant, and light industrial/utility construction.

Mr. Thomas Craig Cloninger is the owner and CEO of TCCI. Tom has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston in Civil Engineering/Construction Management, 1983. Mr. Cloninger is responsible for all phases of a project, from initial budget estimating through Owner acceptance including estimating, subcontract negotiation and administration, purchasing, expediting, scheduling, assurance of design and contract compliance. Tom has managed and estimated projects valued in excess of $250,000,000.

TCCI’s superintendent is Mr. Tim Johnson, who has in excess of twenty five years experience in commercial construction. Mr. Elliot Alfred, project manager and legal advisor has over ten years in the industry. Ms. Shelly Schoenfelder runs the company’s accounting, payroll and Human Resources responsibilities.
